First of all the heater wasnt putting out any heat. So I put a new thermostat in did everthing I was suposed to do refilled the fluid, let it run, once it got to normal running temperture turned on the heat. Well still didnt have any heat, I checked the radiator coming from the radiator to the engine block where the termostat is and no fluid was coming through it was still cold. Also I checked the hose to see if it was blocked and it wasnt. I really dont know what to do next.

Allways post what engine you have, it makes it easier to help you for the tech's. Is the van over heating? Are the cooling fans running all of the time? If it isn't, sounds like a clogged heater core or bad heater exchange valve. But if your top hose is staying cold, the thermostat may be in backwards and staying open all the time!
