1991 hona CRX dx 1.5 d series engine manual

The car use to start only during the cooler periods of the day. Now it just turns over till the battery dies, when it was running it ran fine with the exeptional power bog in lower rpms. Now if by some chance of luck the car does start it will run in idle only, if I step on the gas and try to go anywhere the car stalls. New wires and plugs, injector cleaner ran through, fueses good, spark to all plugs. New battery. What could be the issue?

This sounds like a fuel problem; a lack there of. Get a pressure test done on the system. It could range from the EFI relay (I bet this is the problem) to the fuel pump.

If I were to just throw a part on the car it would be the EFI relay. Really not much to test except replacement. Located in the car under the dash above the drivers feet. Congested area!
