1978 Questions for all other cars AMC Gremlin torque order

I have a 1978 gremlin that I took the head off to do a valve job. When I put the head back on is there a specific order that the bolts have to be torqued down in? What is the order? Please help!

Hi kissmith,

I don't have the specific data for your car but the general rule for torqueing the head is to start from the centre and cross out with the next nearest to centre bolt.
