Air seems to be cold but is barely coming thru vents. May be the blower motor but not sure. Any suggestions?

check fuses first then check to see if blower is getting power or not. if it's not you have go backwards. to find the problem check the fuses and relay in undrhood fuse boxe I've pointed a couple out but there is one more that is 50 amp.
