Consult 3 plus software will not download to my laptop

Hello my friends,

I have (Consult 3 plus) software downloaded from net. I try to setting this software on a regular laptop but the software don't want to install in this laptop. It say's (consult III plus software does not support this PC). Is there any way to make some changes to files that makes this software work?
My software version is 83.11.00.
Is there another version that can work on a regular PC?

Good morning.

The companies do not want you to download to any laptop. They install software to prevent that so you would have to buy there software.

That is intentional. All of the scan tool companies have this safety feature built into its software.
