1999 Acura TL over heating

Im having problems with the cooling system. I have replace the radiator,water pump,thermostat and have done a compresion test to chech for head gasket leaks. But the car still overheating will apreciate any other suggestions.

Have you checked at what temps the cooling fan comes on? If it comes on at all? Should start at approx 224 degrees, if not working, turn on A/C, the fan should start with the compressor and stay on while A/C is on.

Yes both of the fans are working.But for some reason the car still over heats and the coolant pours out of the the reservour bottle
