I have just had the front brakes repaired, new pads, turned rotors and rebuilt calipers. Now when I first start out the brakes are fine but after a few stops there is a thumo-thump-thump noise as I am stopping. With a little pressure on the brakes and slowing down between 0and 10mph. I had the brake shop check it and they also looked at the cv joints, whell bearings and re removed the brakes and checked trhem but could not find anything. I went through a housing projects and made several stops and the noise got worse but the next day when I went out the noise was not there until I did a few stops then it appeared again Any Ideas

Did it make this noise before the brake work was done? Sounds liek it may be temp related since it needs to warm up before making the noise (multiple stops) Have you tried rotating the tires front to back to see if that makes any difference? Might be a brake pad issue as well, the shop may need to try a different set of pads if this started after the work was done
