My back brakes and droms are smoking really bad. Funny smell.. I do not have new brakes, them seem to make a low moaning noise when I am at a stop light and start to roll with the brakes still applied.
Any suggestions. It has been very moist and humid. Does that make a difference?

Hi plwparker,

I believe the rear wheel slave cylinder is leaking causing the brake shoes to be contaminated with brake fluid and that would cause the moaning noise and dampness.

The overheating could be due to the slave cylinder pistons seizing resulting iin the brake shoes dragging and heating up the brake drum.
