1999 Acura 3.5 RL mileage 102,000.00

Everytime am driving and make a slow turn toward the right I here a poping 1 or 2 sounds. It sound like the lower ball joint on the left driver's side wheel is bad. I checked the axle and it is in perfect condition, can you tell what is that sound? Thanks.
