When I have passengers in the back seat and I turn to the left or bounced on a bump on the road I hear a grinding noise. THe noise seems to be more prevelent on the passenger rear wheel. If I hit bump at a high speed, I can also hear the noise.
If I do not have passengers in the back seat I do not hear the noise.

symptom sounds closest to a wheel bearing but you should hear the same noise with no passengers at around 40-50 mph or just making turns.
could be something else rubbing against your wheel or tire.
