I recently had the battery charged and ever since, when using the left turn signal, the lights on the dash and GPS flash. They also dim when I press the brake pedal. I assumed it was a light bulb or a fuse, but now the shifter is locked and three headlights are out and the hazards weren't working. I just replaced two fuses and the hazards work now but there's three headlights out. It's obviously an electrical problem, but is there a common problem or reason for this?

not aware of this situation... may have shorted something out...
