Hi deborah,
You need to check the under hood # 9 ( 20 A ) but this would be possible cause only if the interlock, brake lights and cruise control don't work.
Other possoble causes are
1. Defective horn assy.
2. Faulty horn pad/
3. Faulty steering ABS wire reel.
