Engine Cooling problem
1992 Acura Legend 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 228000 miles

My car is creating too much pressure and its busting my coolant hoses. Two minutes after starting the car, the top hose connected to the radiator is really hot and hard. Then my car starts to over heat. I changed the thermostat, coolant sensor, and the heater core because I bought the car with a broken heater core. Can you or anybody help me please, its greatly appreciated
