Timing belt

1991 Acura Legend 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
I changed the water pump because it was bad no problem. Changed the timing belt and tensioner pully but when I put new belt on it wont get very tight already checked belt and its right and I have roughted the belt right but I am lost anyone able to help?

Is the tensioner adjusted correctly?
