My car is overheating and than fan is not coming on. How do I replace the fan switch

I posted a diagram of where the sensor is make sure the engine is cold when you change it.It unscrews to remove it you will loose coolant.Before you change it i would jump the two terminals on the connector going to it while it is idling if the fan's come on replace the sensor.If the fan doesn't come on you have a different problem.
