Electrical problem
1990 Acura Legend 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 250000 miles

ok I got a problem. I turn key to on and look at my ecu which is located under passager dash under carpet to read how many blinks it does. It does not blink. What should I do. Please help

You need to bridge the SCS to read the blinking of the CEL to get the code.

You need a direct bridge and a test light might not work. A paper clip does the work well.
