I drove to school(30-35 min). When I parked I noticed white smoke from under the hood. I am snot sur ewhat I tis. Any suggestion

Coming from under the hood I suspect you have a leak that causes the coolant to drip on to the exhaust system. So, check the coolant level and then look for the leak.
