1999 Acura Integra Clutch Hard to press in

Hello,
Yesterday I noticed a clicking sound as I was pushing my clutch in. Today my clutch seized and became very hard to press. I pressed it in very hard and can now shif gears but the clutch won't go right to the floor and is still very hard to press. Any help would be greatly appreciated - Thanks

This issue will most likely require a complete inspection of and possible replacement of the clutch. From your description, this seems like the throwout bearing has broken.
