it can still drivable but just hard to shift into gears. i have to force it most of the time. the only way to shift good is step the clutch peddle all the way then it would shift into gear normally. i check the transmission fluid and clutch fluid and it's still good. for the car to still drivable, it is not the clutch. Now my choke on every gear as well when it is warm up. when i step on the gas it's lagging and throwing backfire. i was wondering what can it be wrong with it.

It's back-firing because you have an engine mis-fire or a timing related issue.

It doesn't shift well because you need to FULLY depress the clutch pedal for it to shift. However you may have a small leak at the slave or master cylnder.
