when I go to a gas station and I get my gas I turn off the engein. After I get the gas the engine will not start. When I turn the key no sound at all. but after about 2minutes or after about 12 turns with my keys it will start. This happens only when i get gas. I feel there is something to do with the gas tank. can some one help with my problem.

check the harness from the starter to make sure it is not loose. Try to turn it on. If you hear a clicking sound when cranking your starter try to bang the starter if it turns on your starter is bad.

The gas tank has nothing to do with the starter not cranking.

High possibility is starter, poor electrical circuit or a defective ignition switch which I think is your problem as you need many turns of the ignition key to get a crank.
