Ok I paid 40$ to get my alternator and battery and everything else checked to see why my car randomly doesen't wanna start. I'll get a charge and my car runs for a few days maybe a few weeks and then just dies on me. I want to no if theres anything else I could try to do other then buy a new battery because it's been checked many times and its fine.

Hi danbeargrrr,

When you said the engine died on you, does it happen while driving? Or after parking over extended periods? Overnight etc.
Could not start due to weak battery? Jump start solved the problem?
You should get a voltmeter and do your own voltage tests, would save you a lot of money in the long run.

Check the crankshaft pulley for damage to the harmonic balancer, it would cause charging voltage to drop while driving is it is slipping.
