My car says its overheating but its not. When accelerating it heats up but drops to normal temp when I hit 45 mph normally. The radiator was replaced and so was the therm. When over heating it blow freezing air out of the heater, but motor is not hotter and not smoking, nor spilling out coolent.

Check the thermostat again and test the engine coolant temperature switch on the thermostat housing could be out of calibration/range
