1993 Acura Integra Front Wheel Drive Manual 126140 miles

To fix or not to fix? - The clutch is going on my 1993 Integra. The motor is great but the body of the car is very rusted especially the undercarriage. The next thing I would need to replace is the timing belt and water pump. In anyones opion should I spend the money and replace the clutch and eventually the timing belt or do I and try to sell the car as is now without any repairs??

The money you are going to spend is definitely over the total value of the vehicle. However, if the car is still running in good shape, I would just do the bare minimum to keep it running until either the rockers rot out of the car or the engine fails on you.
