have replaced 3 sensors still cant get fans to kick on.so I worked my way backwards from the fan.Can get them to run by jumping the wires all the way back to the sensor onat thermostat but when I plug it back to the sensor the quit an it s a new sensor.WHAT I'M I MISSING?

Hi gtownjoe,

The cooling fans would not work until the temperature to work the fan switch ( the one on the thermostat housing ) is reached. There do not seem to be any fault with the wiring as you are able to get the fans to work by bridging the fan switch.

If the temperature is getting hot without the fan switch working, either the fan switch is bad or you do not have sufficient coolant in the system.

The fans would would if the AC is turned on and if they do not, check if the compressor is working.
