I just went outside to move my car and I went to turn my whipers on to get the snow off the front and back of my car and when I did both wippers moved like a half inch and than they stopped and nothins works and all my fuses are fine so I didnt no if it might be both motors at the same time or if the switch went out bc it dont even let it spray water on my windows or anything

Hi there,
There is only one motor, the wipers are interconnected with a regulator, you will need to listen closely to see if you can hear the motor running when you turn on the wipers, if so the link for the regulator has failed. Check this first.
