Check coolant and all fluid add as needed
As for oil light does it say low oil or you have no oil pressure .
If no oil pressure and
If engine sounds ok after start open oil cap look for oil splashing inside
If so the oil pressure switch or the wire on it no good check it its located by the oil filter
If you had changed the filter may be was disconnected by mistake check it
As for the smoke if all go well with the oil start it and let it run watch for overheating
