Hello, I am having a problem with my car. I start the car and let it run for about 5 minutes and then it starts to over heat and the RPM's goes down below 1 and then it shuts off. I try to start it again and it wont start. So i have to let it cool down for 20 minutes and then it starts. The fans are plugged in but dont turn on. I disconnected the wires and i then cleaned it. I put it back the way it was and, it still dont turn on. I also tested both fans and 1 of them were bad. But the other works but it still wont turn on.
