1990 Acura Integra Clutch or Trans?

1990 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 190K miles

My car seemed fine the few weeks driving it, but then one day, it seemed like it just lost power. It takes around 2 minutes for my car to get up to 20 mph, and if I come to a dead stop, I have to redline it for a good 20 seconds before it even starts to creep. The RPM's will climb regularly, but acceleration is that of a snail. Ive haa people tell me its the trans., And people tell me its the clutch. Which is it?

Its the clutch and do it soon
remember to change the bearings too
