Air conditioner runs continuously

The air conditioner runs continuously even after the car is turned off. I cannot control it with the levers either. I have been told it may be the climate control vacuum.

By AC, I assume you are referring to the blower fan. There is a blower speed control module that is likely to blame which in your case I believe is part of the blower motor.
