A/C not working

The blower motor works when I turn on the heating system but no cold air comes out. The air is only cool if the day is cool and hot if the day is hot.

The most likely suspect is the refrigerant has leaked out. The clue is the compressor will cycle on and off too often, or it will not turn on at all. Your mechanic will start the diagnosis by connecting a pair of gauges to read the system pressures.
