94 Jeep Cherokee won't start but cranks! HELPPP!

Im having a problem with my 94 Cherokee XJ 4.0 inline 6 not starting. It cranks but will not start. I put a new crank shaft position sensor in it in August 2014. I thought maybe the CPS had gone up since it was aftermarket. I upgraded the other day to the Echlin brand which was better. Still not starting. I then replaced the fuel filter and still won't start. The fuel pump comes on when key is turned. I'm also getting fuel pressure on the fuel rail above the manifold. Also put on a new tune up kit consisting of new wires, plugs, and a rotor cap. Battery is testing fine as well and I have spark as far as I know. All fuses and relays are fine too. I have no idea what else it can be.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge that is the only way to find out if it's good or not. Fp should be 31psi w/vacuum connected 39 without. Also check by rear head stud for harness broken as it does it on some of these models.
