When making sharp turns in parking lot or backing out of driveway it became very sluggish. It felt like I had a flat tire but that wasn;t it. What would cause that with such low miles?

Do you hear any rubbing noises? Its possible your front tires are rubbing when making such a tight turn, and that would give a similiar feel to what your describing. Is this truck lifted? Bigger tires? Etc.
