I would like to install some chrome lamp bezels

My wife has a 2012 ford fiesta se and I would like to install some chrome lamp bezels on it for her. She has no lights in this area now just black plastic covers. I can build alot of things but when it comes to mechanics I am out of my element. Any advice you could give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Do I just pop out the black covers that are in this area? Is it already wired for this type of installation? Do I need to install a switch inside or is this already prewired to?

Any lamp that are not fitted with lights would not be prewired. You would have to do everything needed. You cannot just pop out the black plastic as there would be nothing to hold the lights that you wish to install.
