TOYOTA RAV4 ROCKER ARM PROBLEM

My rav4 is having to be repaired for a broken rocker arm. Is this common. Should I get rid of it. Did I get a lemon?
It isn't common. It should be under warranty. I wouldn't worry about it being a lemon. Chances are it is one problem and you won't have any more.
