After charging battery car wont start re computer, can any repair shop
reset computer, The closest Subaru dealer is 100 km away

If by "resetting" you mean clearing the memory from the computer, that isn't going to make your car start. If the immobilizer in the car has lost it's programming, then you are going to need the dealer for that reprogramming.
