IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL OE FOG LAMPS ON A NON-EQUIPPED OPTIMA
ON A BASE OPTIMA WITHOUT FOG LAMPS, HAVE THE WIRING TO SUPPORT FACTORY OE FOG LAMPS.

Yes, you can install them. I believe you will need to supply power differently than the factory set up.
