Buick Regal Battery Problem
Outside air temp always reads -40 is there a way to recalibrate.

I am not aware of a way to recalibrate it. Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes to see if that helps. Also, if you have an owner's manual, check to see if they mention it.
