Volkswagen Beetle Problem
I last week took my car for service to vw me and the technician we agreed that i am going to pay R2000 and even comfirmed it twice,but when i got there i get that i have to pay R9000 which i didn't agree on,tell me what am i supposed to do?,should i take this futher? Or the is me or the technician who's wrong?

If you had an agreement to spend a given amount of money they should be be exceeding it, do you have the original request in writing, if not you may not have much to go on it will be your word against theirs.
