2010 Kia Forte AC problems

My ac burnt out and I had it relpaced. They put what it need to go with the ac but it still not throwing cold air. They cant seem to figure out why its blowing hot air. Please help. I cant stand the heat and I cant afford to take it to the dealer. Any ideas?

What has been replaced? Is the compressor engaging?

The whole ac was replaced with a brand new one. But it still throwing hot air.
