2010 Ford Fusion Repair Question

Ford Fusion Rebuilt Problem
Transmission rebuilt three weeks ago/less than one thousand miles on it. whinning noise coming fron tranny, oil is black/smells burnt in tranny, after a long ride veh. comes to rough stop/dies, after restart and placed in drive slight hesitation before it engages.

take it back to where you got it rebuilt it should be warrantied
