Hello I have a 2010 ford focus se and all gears work except reverse. What might cause this problem?

So you only have 12,000 miles on the car?If so I would take it in for a warranty repair even if it was my car. Iam not trying to get out of helping you with your car but if its under warranty I would even take it in for a warranty repair and I fix cars.
