My GPS/AM/FM/SAT radio needed replacement

My GPS/AM/FM/SAT radio needed replacement. Not covered under warranty. Am I entitled to keep the old radio. Dealer said there was a core re-stocking fee of $500. And would not give me the old one they replaced. I suspect there may be something fraudulent here. The new radio cost me over $1,200.

Not sure about there policy, if the radio is dead it is of no use, but you can call Dodge customer assistance and question this policy, get the answer you need from the top and not the service centre, you often get better results that way.
