2010 Dodge Caravan Just Stopped Gas Station Removed Key Which Computer Chip

I just stopped at a gas station, removed the key which is a computer chip key. I hit key lock, when i returned to my van, i put the key in and it dings as if it registers its in there. However it will not start. The mileage lights up. It is not dead bc the lights are fine. The radio or nothing comes on either. Plz help. Ty
