What is the front pass warning from?

FRONT PASS is blinking from time to time on the screen of my C3 Citroen year 2010. I do not see anything visible wrong on car. What for is this message standing for. I can not find it in manual. At the time I had bag of some 4 kg on the first passenger seat.

Maybe passenger seat belt was not fastened due to detected weight on seat?

Yes, the seat belt was not fastened. I was thinking the weight detected in fact corespond maybe to the baby car fastened seat and in this case I need to disable airbag for this seat. Maybe the message was warning me on this? Anyway I will try to drive further not putting this kind of weight on first passenger seat.
