2010 Audi Other Repair Question

Radio in my audi a5 has suddenly lost all sound. radio stations still visible and cd still playing but no sound
Have tried switching on and off engine, have tried resetting back to factory settings. could this be a fuse problem?

Check if it has a factory built-in amplifier
