2009 Toyota Corolla Car troubles

My car doesn't turn on sometimes or it'll die on me while i'm driving on the road or the wheel will sometimes harden while im driving and when I took it to meineke to get it inspected twice they said their where no problems, any ideas?

Does the engine restart after it stalls or do you have to wait? Is the check engine light on?

The engine light came on the last time the car wouldn't start but otherwise its not usually on. After the car did finally start I think the engine restarted because the time changed and all the radio stations were randomized.

That sounds like an electrical problem where as power was lost from the battery. Are you certain that the battery terminals are clean and tight. Also, make sure the main ground to the engine block is tight.
