How much additional power do you want from it? Modifications can range from upgrades to the PCM, engine mechanicals, turbos etc.
10k is not too little but it isn't a lot of money too where boosting up power is concerned.

Retrofitting a turbo is one way of getting the top speed you want but not a god option as the standard engine components are not going to last. Getting a turbo engine transplant together with the PCM and wiring harness etc would be a better option but the 10k might not be sufficient.

Well the car has 163hp I want to get it up to 200 or a bit more

Yes, turbo is the only way but it won't be long before you need a new engine.

Apart from an engine transplant with a higher horsepower you are never going to get that amount of power increase. Even if you are able to retrofit a turbo system to get it, you are not going to have the luxury of enjoying the benefits because you would soon be looking for a new engine for the one you have busted.
