Honda Civic Catalytic converter Problem
My car makes a noise like a jingle bell sound underneath the while while driving over 30. What could it be ?

Have the shields on the catalytic converter and the heat shields which attach to the bottom of the vehicle above the exhaust checked for looseness. This happens often enough.

also check for broken exaust clamps
