2009 Ford Escape Repair Question

Click sound from tentioner pulley or compressor
"i have ford escape hybrid 2009 ,70000 miles.
it produce click from tensioner pulley when AC is on ,i think this is normal but i also noticed same click from same place durin acceleration,some say it is compressor but it is from tensioner ,it is a click .wat to do to fix it any other question i need to answer to give more accurate diagnosis of problem .wat to do or fix .thanx

The belt tenisor shouldnt be rattling/clicking like i said before sounds like a bad tenisor will get worse till it completely fails.Thats about as clear as i can make it hope this time its clear enough for you?
