2009 Chevrolet Malibu Car Making Swooshing Sound Make Left Hand Turns Does

My car is making a "swooshing" sound when I make left hand turns. It does not happen at any other time. No problem with steering. Car seems to be running fine.

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated
